4age Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4age platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4age platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

Your continued use of the 4age platform after any amendments to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users who are below the minimum age required by local law are not permitted to use this platform in any capacity.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4age as the platform operator. All matters not specifically addressed here will be governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.

Account creation, security, and user responsibilities

To access the full range of 4age services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, whether carried out by yourself or by a third party who gains unauthorised access.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 4age support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.

All users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring accounts to another party, or allowing others to use their account. Breaching this rule may result in permanent account suspension or closure.

Payment information, deposits, and transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 4age platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required and no additional conversion fees apply. Deposits can be made via approved local e-wallets and Malaysian online banking.

The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within your account. This limit is subject to change without prior notice. All deposits are processed upon verification by the relevant payment system, and processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 4age account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal is processed, 4age reserves the right to request identity verification, including valid proof of identification.

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, submit false payment information, or carry out fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and further action as appropriate. 4age is not liable for processing delays caused by third parties, including banks and e-wallet providers.

Platform usage rules and account policies

Permitted use

The 4age platform may be used for lawful entertainment and betting purposes in accordance with these terms. Users are permitted to access all available game and betting categories using an account registered in their own name.

Prohibited use

Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform also constitutes a breach of these terms.

Account suspension and closure

4age reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or activity that threatens the integrity of the platform. The decision to close an account is final, and 4age is not obligated to provide detailed reasons in every case. Any legitimate funds in a closed account will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal policies once the investigation is complete.

Liability limits, intellectual property, and third-party links

Platform liability limits

4age is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business disruption. 4age's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the deposit balance remaining in the user's account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual property

All content on the 4age platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to 4age. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any platform content without prior written consent. The 4age name and logo are protected trademarks.

Third-party links and services

The 4age platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 4age is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Important note on liability

The 4age platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any financial decisions made based on information within the platform are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Amendments to terms and applicable law

4age reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. The date of the most recent update will be indicated at the top of this document.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
